A practical stamp workflow
Save a Stamp Design and Reuse It Later
Keep a finished layout for recurring documents without rebuilding its text, frame and artwork. Use the local library for convenience and a design file for a portable backup.
Choose a design to save ↗1. Save a named design
Open an editable template, replace the sample details and check the preview. Choose Saved stamps in the editor toolbar, enter a short Library name, then select Save as new stamp. The library keeps up to 20 designs subject to available browser storage. A large uploaded image may fill that space sooner; Save design remains available for a file backup.
2. Load it on another editor page
Open Saved stamps from any stamp editor on the same site and browser, including Add Stamp to PDF and Batch Stamp PDF. Find the named preview and select Load. This replaces the working design, and the editor’s Undo restores what you had before. Loading a saved stamp does not change its text, image or date automatically.
3. Update or create a variation
Load the saved stamp, adjust its text, layout or date, then choose Update selected design to replace that library entry with the current editor design. To keep the original as well, enter a different name and choose Save as new stamp. Rename selected changes only the library label. Each card’s Remove action has an Undo removal option until the next library change or until the panel closes.
4. Keep an editable file backup
Download backup on a library card saves that stored design as a JSON file. Save design in the editor instead saves the current working design. To move either file to another browser, use Open design there, check the result, then save it to that browser’s library if needed. A downloaded PNG cannot restore separate text and layout settings; keep the design file as well as the finished image.
Understand drafts, library storage and privacy
Remember on this device controls the automatic draft for one editor page. Saved stamps are named snapshots shared across editor pages, saved only when you explicitly use the library. Turning drafts off does not delete library entries. Both use this browser’s site storage, without an account or cloud synchronization. Clearing site data or ending a private browsing session can remove them. Keep backups before changing devices or browser settings.
