A practical stamp workflow

How to Stamp Multiple PDF Files

Batch stamping saves repeating the same placement for every document. Review a representative file first, then check documents whose page sizes or layouts differ.

1. Prepare the mark

Choose an office template such as Approved or Paid and replace its sample text. Review the date before each run. To use a handwritten mark, open Signature Stamp Maker, type or draw your name, and select Stamp multiple PDFs. An existing scan can be prepared in Image to Stamp using the same batch workflow.

2. Choose a manageable batch

Select up to 10 PDFs, with a maximum of 20 MB and 100 pages per file and 50 MB across the batch. Files stay in this browser tab. Keep the tab open until you download the results. Password-protected, certificate-signed, XFA and damaged documents are rejected individually; other files can still complete.

3. Preview position and pages

Select Preview beside a file to inspect it. Position is relative to each page, so a bottom-right mark follows that corner across portrait and landscape pages. It cannot detect or avoid text automatically. Choose all pages, the current page number, or a range such as 1, 3–5. The same selection applies to every file: a missing requested page fails that file instead of silently omitting it.

4. Process and review the results

Start batch captures the current design and placement. Files process one at a time. Each row shows whether it completed or failed and why. Cancel remaining files stops after the current operation and preserves completed copies. Changing the design or placement afterward requires starting a new batch run; already completed copies do not change.

5. Download and check the copies

Download individual PDFs or a ZIP containing successful files and results.txt. A numbered prefix prevents duplicate filenames from overwriting each other. Originals remain unchanged. Open a downloaded copy and check the stamp size, intended pages, rotation and document text. Batch results are kept only in memory, so download them before replacing the files or leaving the page.
