One design across multiple PDF files
Start with the Approved template below or choose another design. Edit the text, date and ink before processing. Select up to 10 PDFs, each up to 20 MB and 100 pages, with a combined input limit of 50 MB. Outputs are capped at 100 MB per run to keep browser memory manageable.
Control placement and page selection
Choose all pages, a current page number, or a range such as 1, 3–5. The same relative placement applies to each page; preview portrait and landscape documents before starting. A file missing a selected page fails individually. This tool does not find blank spaces or choose different locations for each document.
Review, then download a ZIP
Files process one at a time, with a result beside each filename. Successful PDFs remain available even if another file fails. Download them individually or together with a results report. Password-protected, certificate-signed, XFA and damaged files are not supported. Originals remain unchanged, and downloaded copies retain the original page content beneath the added graphic.
