Help us reproduce a problem
Include the page address, the browser you used, and the action that led to the problem. If a download failed, mention whether you selected PNG, SVG, or PDF. For an upload issue, the file type and approximate size are usually enough to begin. A short description of what you expected and what happened is more useful than a large collection of unrelated details.
Keep private information private
Please avoid sending confidential contracts, identity documents, personal addresses, or private commission information. If an example is needed, replace sensitive text with fictional wording. Artwork is normally processed only in your browser; attaching it to an email is a separate decision that sends a copy through your email provider. Do not send a file unless you are comfortable sharing it for troubleshooting.
Accessibility and other requests
If a control is difficult to use with a keyboard, screen reader, or small screen, describe the control and your setup so we can understand the barrier.
