Your design stays in the browser

The current editor processes your text, colors, shapes, and uploaded artwork on your device. It does not send design contents to a rendering server. When you select a file, browser code reads it to build the preview and downloadable image. The design is held in the current tab and is not saved to an account or a remote design history.

Downloads and local files

A downloaded PNG, SVG, or PDF is saved using your browser’s normal download controls. You decide where to store it and whom to share it with. Closing or refreshing the editor clears the working design. A file containing your logo or personal details may still exist in your downloads folder; use your device controls to manage or delete those copies.

Website requests

Loading a website sends ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser information, and requested page, to its hosting infrastructure. The current application does not include advertising scripts, analytics tags, login cookies, or a tracking consent banner. Infrastructure providers may process request information to deliver and protect the site. This page does not promise a retention period for infrastructure logs that the application itself does not control.

When you contact us

If you email support, your message and sender address leave your device through your email provider. Include only the information needed to explain the problem. We do not need identity documents, confidential contracts, or private commission details to investigate an editor issue. You can ask about information you have sent by contacting support@stampmakerlab.com. We may need enough context to identify the original conversation before responding to a deletion or access request.
