Make a Readable Address Stamp
Give a name and address a tidy, reusable layout. Start with the example, then replace every line with the details you need.

Keep the address easy to scan
Use one line for the name, another for the street address, and a final line for the city, state, and ZIP code. You can add up to five center lines if an apartment or suite needs its own space. The example address is fictional and must be replaced before use.
Fit the design to your document
A rectangle or rounded rectangle gives an address a familiar horizontal layout. Start with a simple typeface and moderate text size. Long lines reduce in size to fit the frame, so abbreviate only where it remains clear. Download a transparent PNG and check its readability in the document where it will appear.
